Mary Woodruff

I started CrossFit in 2006 and attended my first CrossFit certification in 2007. Later that year, I went to Aromas, California to compete in the inaugural CrossFit Games, which inspired me to open my own affiliate where I lived in Texas. I owned and operated CrossFit Rockwall with my husband for ten years before moving to Indialantic, Florida.

I am a Level 4 Certified CrossFit Coach and love continuing to expand my coaching skills and knowledge. The people I've met along the way, as well as the rest of the CrossFit community, are what keep me motivated every day. I love seeing the joy of someone getting their first pull-up, overcoming the fear of a box jump, or achieving something they never thought possible!

I love COI because the community is supportive, encouraging, and fun. It's a privilege to coach here and I look forward to helping everyone learn something new, improve a movement or skill, or reach a goal!
