On Saturday June 23rd, COI celebrated our 4 year anniversary. The time has flown by – it feels like the other day that we were knocking down the drywall barrier and expanding into the unit next door.

The COI owners and coaches have been so lucky to meet so many world class people along this journey, and on this day, our CrossFitters and Hi-Cers were united with our families. We enjoyed 5 WODs with prizes donated by some of our local businesses and members, followed by food from Skewers, and many very competitive games of SpikeBall! Looking forward to the next opportunity that we can all get together!
