Hi-C meets the needs of members who prefer extra conditionining over weightlifting. Workouts are constantly varied and are composed of bodyweight exercises, cardio, and some weights such as kettlebells and medicine balls. The accountability of your coaches and your peers will allow you to get on track and on your way to achieving your health and fitness goals.

This training program can also act as a longer introduction to pure CrossFit programming as well as compliment any traditional and rigorous CrossFit routine.
